As an anthropologist who has guest lectured both locally and internationally, Holly brings an academic background rarely seen in the creative services industry.
As well as teaching, Holly’s professional experience includes consulting, project management, research, analysis and informing government policy. She is an energetic, creative all-rounder and effective team builder and leader, with a highly developed strategy skillset and extensive expertise in marketing and communications.
Holly has worked with The University of Melbourne, RMIT, Swinburne University of Technology and Victoria University, and has lead projects with Telstra, AusAID, IBM, Sensis and numerous small businesses.
Holly now focuses on the examination of consumer behaviour to inform strategies that define the creation and management of remarkable brands and memorable communications campaigns. She is not bad at social media metrics either.
Marta is an establishing artist as well as accomplished designer, with dual qualifications in design and the fine arts. She is inspired by the prospects of interdisciplinary collaboration and values the exciting outcomes that it brings. Her natural artistic talent and her strong capacity for conceptual thinking manifests itself in fresh and unique design solutions. Marta brings a creative air balanced by a highly considered process.
She continues to evolve her work and expand the vocabulary of her creative language with the expertise of various artforms and mediums. Marta’s skills have brought to life works for clients such as Beer and Cider Co, Spook Magazine, L’Oréal, Metaphor PR, Victorian Council of Social Services, ZU Shoes, The Kodiak Club and The Big Issue.
